Under 3 minutes (and with no technical knowledge), you can connect the WebARX plugin and have all of your sites protected.

The easiest way is to use our auto-install. It works like that:

  1. Go and sign-up in WebARX Portal: https://portal.webarxsecurity.com/register
  2. Add your website(s). * If you want to add more than one website, then add one site per row.
  3. After you have added your site to WebARX portal you will see an alert that site is not protected. Click on 'Setup Plugin'. You'll have two options:
  1. Auto-Installation

2. Manual Installation

Every website is unique and sometimes auto-installation will not work for many reasons. In that case, you will need to download the plugin and add it to your site manually.

Take these steps:

  1. Go and sign-up in WebARX Portal: https://portal.webarxsecurity.com/register
  2. Add your website/websites.
  3. Download the plugin by clicking "I want to install the plugin manually".
  4. Sign-in to your WordPress account and on the dashboard on navigate on your left to "Plugins" and upper left next to Plugins click "Add new". After that click on the same button next to Add Plugins "Upload plugin."
  5. To upload webARX firewall plugin click "Choose file". Find the plugin file on your computer and upload it to WordPress. And click "Install Now" and after that "Activate Plugin.

  6. Now you should see WebARX firewall plugin on your WordPress site with the message: "The WebARX plugin has been turned on!
If the status of your license below is activated, please allow 5 to 15 minutes for data to appear on the WebARX portal."
Go back to WebARX Portal, refresh the site.
  8. Congratulations your site is now protected with the WebARX Firewall.

After you've added your site, you will get all the information about monitoring. The information about activity logs, firewall logs and software will follow up soon (for firewall data, we can't say exactly when because we really don't know when a hacker tries to attack your site.)

Here you can see a demo video of an auto-installation process.
